Counseling services are designed to help older children, teens and young adults (ages 13+) improve overall mental health. Gen Z and Millennials, I'm here for you! Many of my clients are tweens, teens, and young adults with mild/moderate Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and/or Autism who want help understanding their identity, managing their emotions, and learning how to deal with everything life is throwing at them currently. Coaching services are for clients with ADHD and Autism and focus on psychoeducation of diagnosis and strategies to help accept & manage symptoms and behaviors. Coaching services are available in all 50 states!
Parent Training &Â Support
Parent advocacy and consulting
Knowledge is power and it is important to learn more about your child’s unique needs. What is neurodiversity? How does this relate to my child's differences in learning, behavior, communication and so on? What is an IEP or 504 plan and how can either one help my child? My child has an IEP but I'm not sure I agree with the school, what can I do? These are some common questions that parents have and it's important to know the answers to each one of them. The best way parents can arm themselves is to know as much as possible about their child's strengths/ needs, and about the special education system. Parenting support & training is geared towards arming parents with knowledge and tools to help support the academic needs, mental health, and wellness of the family. You are not alone in connecting the dots to your child's education. Check out my website solely dedicated to parent advocacy: https://tatumadvocacygroup.com/
Special Education Trainings
Special Education & General Behavior Support
I offer Special Education training for schools that are tailored to meet the needs of your school or district. As an experienced consultant, I work closely with educators to design trainings that cover topics such as special education laws, IEP and 504 plans, and best practices for supporting students with Autism and ADHD. With my expertise and support, you can ensure that your school is equipped to provide every student with the high-quality education they deserve.
